Terms & Conditions – Pooja Movie Creations

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Pooja Movie Creations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

• We provide advertising, branding, TV commercial production, celebrity endorsements, and related media services as agreed in writing with the Client.
• The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the service agreement or proposal.

2. Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Delayed payments may attract interest charges at [X]% per month.
• Advance payments once received are strictly non-refundable if the Client revokes the deal or delays the project for more than 30 days.
• In the case of celebrity endorsements, the full endorsement fee must be paid in advance once the Client confirms the deal. If the Client revokes the deal after the celebrity’s confirmation and meeting arrangements, the advance shall be forfeited and will not be refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate information, approvals, and content/materials in a timely manner.
• Once the deal is confirmed by the Client, no changes or revisions in the content will be entertained.
• In the case of model-based shoots, models shall be provided as per availability at the time of production.

4. Intellectual Property

• All creative concepts, ad films, scripts, and related materials remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the Client will receive usage rights for agreed purposes (TV ads, branding campaigns, etc.).
• The Company reserves the right to use completed projects for its own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, marketing, or financial information.
• This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

6. Timelines and Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before commencement of work.
• Delays caused by third-party vendors, broadcasters, or regulatory approvals are beyond the Company’s control.

7. Liability

• The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with [30 days] written notice.
• In case of termination, the Client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City/State].

10. Amendments
